We are now becoming fully booked for up to a week in advance. For routine medication appointments please allow for this when booking to ensure you don’t run out of medication.

As appointments are at a premium, from 1 July 2023 we will be charging a fee of $30 if you do not attend your appointment or cancel by phone within two hours of appointment time.

How to book your vaccination over the phone

You can book over the phone by calling the COVID Vaccination Healthline on 0800 28 29 26.

All calls are free, and the team are available from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. You can ask for an interpreter if you need one.

Under the current advice from the Ministry of Health you will be encouraged, but not required, to wear a mask inside the medical centre. 

Prescriptions can now be ordered online through the prescription page on this website.

If you have flu-like symptoms, a fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, sneezing, loss of sense of smell or difficulty breathing please phone us on 384 5484 for advice. We can offer telephone consultations to discuss your symptoms and arrange for you to come in if appropriate. Please do a Rapid Antigen Test before coming into the building. Do not come into the medical centre without phoning first.

Telephone requests are managed by our nurses. You can leave a message with the receptionist and the nurse will phone you back to check the medications you need.
