How to book your vaccination over the phone

You can book over the phone by calling the COVID Vaccination Healthline on 0800 28 29 26.

All calls are free, and the team are available from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. You can ask for an interpreter if you need one.

Covid-19 Precautions

In Level 2 Delta we ask that you still take precautions to minimise contact with other people. Telephone consultations are available if you do not need to physically see a doctor. If you do have an appointment to come in we ask that you phone from your car to let us know that you have arrived. The waiting room is not large enough to accommodate the number of people waiting for appointments so we would appreciate you waiting in your car until it is time to come into the building. You will be required to wear a mask inside the building. 

If you have been in any areas of concern or had any contact with people from areas of concern please let us know before coming in to the medical centre. 

Prescriptions can now be ordered online through the prescription page on this website.

If you have flu-like symptoms, a fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, sneezing, loss of sense of smell or difficulty breathing please phone us on 384 5484 for advice. We can offer telephone consultations to discuss your symptoms and arrange Covid-19 testing if appropriate. Do not come into the medical centre – we will arrange for you to be seen in a separate area.

Telephone requests are managed by our nurses. You can leave a message with the receptionist and the nurse will phone you back to check the medications you need.

We ask that you allow 48 hours for us to process your request.
